Static-Impulse Workout

Hey fitness friends!!!
Say hello to summer with my "Static&Impulse"-workout I created in Athens. This workout starts with poses, from whereon you will perform small impulses while keeping all your muscles (yes, most importantly your core muslces) as engaged as possible and staying in the pose. What I like about this workout is that it strenghtens your lean muscles and especially your core, while giving you a moderate cardiovascular workout. Don't forget to breath :) Enjoy
