I thought a couple of times of doing something such as a blog, since I talk to my friends about that field of interest ALL the time. But it never really happened, until I was in Australia and had a lot of time to reflect about everything and anything- and noticed that if I want to share my passion, then there is no better chance than now!
I think in general I started thinking about a lot of things: If you don't do it now, when will you? That applies especially to working out and adapting a healthy lifestyle, because the best way to make those things a habit and a consistent part of your life is just to take action! After all, even if you wouldn't have gone for that jog you would STILL be thinking about it- so I am thinking, what's the sense in that then?
So before thinking too much, just go for that jog or have the healthy meal and I bet at the end you won't regret having done it- on the contrary... you will be super freaking happy :D!!!
I try to help and inspire other people, but keep in mind that I am not yet a certified fitness/nutrition coach and that I am doing this as a hobby. That means any workouts/health tips/recipes I post are a product of my research and knowledge... but of course I wouldn't let you try out anything that I didn't :P
